Leading Performance & Creativity in the Workplace – Artistry of Leadership
The arts have a unique ability to impact tow key areas of organizational success – the level of creativity and innovation and employee commitment and motivation. 200 CBCA members and guests recently experienced Artistry of Leadership, a groundbreaking program using music and artistry to transform corporate leadership and help companies achieve unprecedented creativity, collaboration, and productivity.
With a Yamaha grand piano as the focal point, Leadership and Performance Consultant and Recording Artists Kevin Asbjörnson, MIM, drew parallels between the competencies of performing artists and effective business leaders. CBCA thanks American Bank of Commerce, Kevin Asbjörnson and his company PianoOne , and the donation of the performance venue by the Newman Center for the Performing Arts whose support allowed this exceptional program to be offered free of charge.
